How often we should change the advertising on billboards?

In my believe we should change the advertising as often as posibly.  In NY they change their advertising almost everyweek!

I don't have a particular preferance, but I hate those that come "unglued" almost as soon as they are put up and then just stay that way until the next ad change. It'd be nice if they were changed at least every couple of months.
