That particuliar advertising....uhm..I don't know what their advertising...? could be toothpaste 'sparkles for a brighter smile?'
anyways...with the flourescent look...it would seem more geared for night ads.
Actuallly some places r like... those r alwys VACANT during day time.. but those gt flooded by ppl at night... so at such places diz ads r always plys iimp role......
in addition such advertising adds d value in 'CHARM of tht LIFESTYLE'... ;)
